Suncoast Brands glimmer through Kislap 2023: DLSU Vision-Mission Week

MANILA, Philippines — Suncoast Brands International Corporation took part in the much anticipated University Vision-Mission Week 2023 held last June 23-30, 2023 at the De La Salle University (DLSU). Entitled “Kislap: Liwanag ng Bukang Liwayway,” this year’s Vision-Mission week-long celebrations mark the first comeback of the physical event festivities after 3 years of virtual celebrations. Kislap revolves around themes of adaptation and change, with a range of fun activities all centered on discovering the silver linings of the “new normal” setup. As a beneficiary event, proceeds will be donated to various scholarship funds and toward EHEMPLO: The Lasallian Immersion Experience.

Suncoast Brands actively participated in DLSU’s University Vision-Mission week as the event’s diamond sponsor. Stationed at the Henry Sy–Cory Aquino Democratic Space, Suncoast’s booths became a focal point of excitement for the students, faculty, and members of the DLSU community. Hundreds of event participants played with Suncoast’s interactive Wheel of Fortune game, allowing participants to spin the wheel for a chance to win exciting prizes.

Students also had the opportunity to sample Musli’s delicious oat biscuits and Vitaminboost and Lightwater beverages, providing delightful treats and drinks to complement the vibrant atmosphere of the week-long festivities. Finally, event participants were also able to pose with their favorite props and Suncoast items.

Suncoast Brands’ participation in the University Vision-Mission Week 2023 highlights our commitment in supporting initiatives that contribute to the holistic development of the youth. We at Suncoast recognize the importance of fostering spaces for the younger generations to not only receive incentives, but also learn about building healthy habits at an early age. Just like the theme of Kislap, Suncoast aims to share its advocacy of sparking ideas on how to live healthier with wiser lifestyle choices. By partnering with De La Salle University, Suncoast was able to reach hundreds of young individuals and educate them that even healthy can be delicious.
